We recognize that everyone is an individual and has individual hearing needs.  We take the time to discuss your hearing loss and hearing solutions, whether that be hearing aids or simply a device to hear the television better.

Scheduling an Appointment with an Audiologist

  1. Appointment times for audiology are 8:00am to 4:30pm

  2. If your insurance requires a referral to see an audiologist, your medical doctor must send a referral form to the Center.  It is helpful if you let your doctor's office know to fax the referral form to us at 815-332-6810. After we receive the referral form, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Audiology Walk-in Hours

The Audiology Clinic offers daily walk-in hours for your convenience.  

Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm to 4:30pm
Friday from 8:00am to 9:00am
